The following questions and answers are intended to help you solve some of the technical problems you may encounter with GannGlobal.com.

There are some issues however, that will need to be addressed by your Internet Service Provider, or possibly a 3rd party computer technician.

How do I add a new subscription to my account?


Answer:
Adding a subscription to your current account is easy. There are two ways you can do this. First, you can place an order in the Store on our website (GannGlobal.com). Be sure to log in with your user name and password so you will receive the best possible rate for subscribers and any applicable package rates. Second, you can call our offices toll free to place your order at (800) 545-9331. If you’re calling outside the U.S., dial (310) 915-7500.

How do I renew my subscription for GGF services?

Answer:
If you wish to renew a subscription to a paid service or service package, please call us at 1-800-545-9331 and speak to a customer service representative. We will be sure you receive the service(s) you need.

How can I update my credit card number on file for automatic billing?

Answer:
To change the credit card information that we have on file for you, first you will need to log in with your User ID and Password. On the home page under “Tools” click on “edit information.” You will see your information as it appears in our files. Next, select the field you need to update and make the appropriate changes.

You may also call our offices and speak to a customer service representative about your credit card change, at (800) 545-9331 or (310) 915-7500 between 8:00 a.m. and 4 p.m. PST . If you want to fax the changes to your credit card information, send your faxes to (310) 915-1655. When faxing, please include the subscriber name, card number, expiration date, billing address and your telephone number in case we need to contact you.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Answer:
If you wish to cancel a subscription, please call our offices at (800) 545-9331. If calling from outside the U.S., call us at (310) 915-7500. Our office hours are 8am to 4pm PST. For security reasons, please do not attempt to cancel subscriptions by using email.

How do I opt out of email promotions?

Answer:
Send a blank email to remove@gannglobal.com.

I am having trouble with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Or
I cannot open PDF files.
- Or
When I open PDF files I get a blank page.

Answer:
Even if you currently have Acrobat Reader, you may need to update to the current version. You can download the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for free at Adobe.com.

If you do not know which version of Acrobat reader you currently have installed, you will want to check. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer from the programs menu. Click on the Help option at the top. Click on "About Acrobat Reader." Look around at the top of the page and you should see the version your computer currently has installed.

If the version you have is not the current one, or if you don’t have Acrobat Reader installed, then you will want to click here to download Acrobat Reader Free.

There is a 3-step process Adobe will walk you through to complete the installation. If you have more questions about installing or using the Acrobat Reader program, you can read the free online FAQ on Adobe’s website or contact Adobe’s tech support.

My browser is older and your website doesn't appear correctly. How do I upgrade?

Answer:
GannGlobal.com requires at least Internet Explorer 6.0 and above, Netscape 6 and above, Mozilla 1.7 and above or Firefox 1.0 and above for computers running Windows.

I am receiving emails but the links are not working.

Answer:
It is common for AOL subscribers to experience this problem, but some others report it as well. The reason this happens is due to the link within the email being deactivated or altered.

For AOL users this problem was supposed to be corrected with version 6.0 or higher.

If you are having this problem, you’ll need to copy the link from the email and paste it into your web browser address bar. Also, make sure you copy the entire link before you paste it; otherwise, it will not work.

It’s a good idea to find out if your ISP has any newer versions of your email client.

I did not receive an attachment for an email.

Answer:
Many email providers put a limit on how much space they provide for stored emails. If you are close to this limit or have exceeded it, you may not receive an email or the attachment may not come through.

You will need to clean out old, unwanted emails, or archive old mail. If you need help cleaning your mailbox, you should speak to your Email provider.

If you missed any publications, you can access your subscription on our website with a user ID and password. If you do not have a password, contact our Customer Service Department and we’ll set one up for you.

After I sign up, when will I get access to my online services?

Answer:
After placing your order on our website, you will need to login with the User ID and Password you chose while signing up. Your subscription should be active immediately.

If you called in to order, you will receive your active user name and password while speaking with a customer service representative. Your account will be active immediately.

If you placed your order by fax or email, it will take 1-2 business days to process. If you placed your order by mail, once we receive your order, it will take 1-2 business days to process.

How do I access my online services?

Answer:
On the Home Page, you will see a Subscribers Login Box on the left side. Enter your user name and password and click the “Login” Button.

Also, just about every page on GannGlobal.com has a login link on top of the page. When you click that link, you will be given a Login screen. Enter your user ID and password into the boxes, then click the “Go” button.

If you don't know your User ID and password, click on the "Forgot My Password" link located under the login box.

What if I forgot my User ID and password?

Answer:
On most pages of GannGlobal.com, you will see a “Login” link at the top of the page. When you click that link, you will be given a Login screen.

Click on the "Forgot My Password" link located under the login box. We will send your password via email.

I did not receive my email or it is arriving far later than usual. Why is this happening?

Answer:
This is not very common, but there are instances where Internet Service Providers block or delay your receipt of our emails. This is one of those things we have no control over. The numerous security measures ISPs must implement means that sometimes the emails you want are the ones they block. If your ISP offers SPAM-blocker software as an option, make sure to add our email addresses to your "accepted" list or your software's address book to ensure the best delivery.

Outlook Express

There is an option to block attachments in Outlook Express that will keep you from receiving any emails with attachments.

To change this feature, go to Tools – Options – select the Security tab. Uncheck the box that reads , “Do not allow attachments…”

Do I have access to archived Newsletters, Updates and Reports?

Once you have logged in, on the subscriber page you will see a display of your active subscriptions. We always post the 3 most recent issues for each service.

Unfortunately, past issues beyond the last 3 issues are not archived on our web site. Individual issues of Past Present Futures for the current year are available for $3.00 each and can be emailed to you immediately after your order is placed.

Archived issues for our other services are not available online either. For issues going back more than 3 issues, please call our offices for pricing and to place your order.

I'm a subscriber but I’m not receiving emails.

You will need to add GannGlobal’s email address your "white list."

If you add the address that appears in the "From" line of your most recent GGF publication to your address book the problem should be solved. However, the process used to “white list” our emails varies with different email platforms and services.

The address you will add may be one of these:

AOL Subscribers

If you're using AOL, by setting your Mail Controls you will receive our services in your Inbox. These are the instructions:

  • Go to Keyword Mail Controls.
  • Select the screen name where you are receiving your subscription to Gann Global Financial.
  • Select Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name.

If you are using AOL version 9.0, there are two ways to add our Gann Global sending address to your “People I Know” list.

Open the latest email you received and click the “Add Address” button on the right.

Using the email address in the “from” field on the latest email we sent you, send an email to us. Or just “Reply” to the latest email we sent you and when the new window opens, replace the email address in the “send to” box with the one you copied out of the “from” field. Then click send now.

If you are using AOL version 8.0, click on “Allow email from AOL members, email addresses, and domains.” Then click “next” until you see the “save” button at the bottom. Then click the “save” button.

Yahoo Mail Users

Your emails from GannGlobal.com may be filtered to your “Bulk Mail” folder, but you can direct these emails to your Inbox.

This is how you do it

First open your Yahoo mailbox, and then click “Mail Options.”

Select “Mail Options”

Click on “Filters.”

Then click “Add Filter.”

Where the “From header” appears at the top, check to see if “contains” is the highlighted option in the pull-down menu.

There should be a text box next to the pull-down menu. Here you want to enter the email address that appears in the "From" field of the latest email from Gann Global Financial.

Click “ Move the message to” at the bottom and choose “ Inbox” from the pull-down menu.

Now click the “ Add Filter” button again.

Hotmail Users

You may need to add our email address to your “ Safe List.” Our email address can be found in the “from” field of one of the emails we sent you.

First you will need to click the “Options” tab.

Then select “ Safe List” found under the “ Contacts” heading

You will be given a space to enter the email address found in the “from” field of the latest email you received from Gann Global.

You should see this address added to the Safe List box, so click “OK.”

Gmail Users

Your emails from GannGlobal.com may be filtered to your “Bulk Mail” folder, but you can direct these emails to your Inbox.

First open your mailbox on Gmail and click on “contacts.”

Click on “ Add Contact.”

In the first field, labeled Name: type " Gann Global Financial” (without the quotation marks).

In the second field, labeled Email: type "subscription@gannglobal.com" (without the quotation marks).

Now click on the "Add Contact" button.
