The following questions and answers are intended to help you solve some of the technical problems you may encounter with GannGlobal.com.
There are some issues however, that will need to be addressed by your Internet Service Provider, or possibly a 3rd party computer technician.
Do you recommend a broker that pairs well with your services?
Answer:
Yes. Pearce Financial, located in Destin Florida.
Pearce Financial has been Gann Global’s broker for a long time (over 17 years), and they serve many GGF subscribers very well (zero complaints). They are not a discount broker, but they are intimately familiar with our trading philosophy, and recommendations as they are given. We do NOT receive any type of referral fee for sending them clients. We simply do it because they specialize in serving the needs of GGF subscribers.
Additionally, we find that our subscribers are served best with Pearce Financial because they have tailored their brokerage service to meet the needs of our subscribers, especially in the area of placing contingency orders. Many of our recommendations are contingency based. This is something any other broker would be hesitant to do, and trading platforms are not equipped to handle.

Why Am I Having Trouble Receiving Emails?
Answer:
First, you will want to check your Spam or Junk mail folders. All of our emails come from “Gann Global Financial”.
The following steps can be taken to ensure our emails are delivered:
- Add this email to your contact list: Gann_Global_Financial@mail.vresp.com
- Keep your email inbox clean. A full email inbox will cause emails to bounce.
- If you have an email host that you can contact, ask them to WHITELIST emails being sent from “vresp.com“.
Why Am I Having Trouble Viewing Videos on the Gann Global Website?
Answer:
Most video viewing issues are related to an issue or conflict on your local computer. If you are having trouble watching a video, we have posted a few video help pages. Implementing all of these recommendations should benefit all subscribers.

What is Gann Global’s Cancellation Policy?
Answer:
Our cancellation policy is included on the sign up pages for our services and can vary depending on the offer for which you sign up.
If you cancel your membership after automatic renewal has taken place, you may request a pro-rated refund of the un-used portion of your subscription.
How do I add a new subscription to my account?
Answer:
Adding a subscription to your current account is easy. There are two ways you can do this. First, you can place an order on our website (GannGlobal.com). If you have a Gann Global account, be sure to log in with your user name and password so you will receive the best possible rate for subscribers and any applicable package rates. Second, you can call our offices toll free to place your order at (800) 545-9331. If you’re calling outside the U.S., dial (310) 915-7500.
How do I renew my subscription for GGF services?
Answer:
If you wish to renew a subscription to a paid service or service package, please call us at 1-800-545-9331 and speak to a customer service representative. We will be sure you receive the service(s) you need.
How can I update my credit card number on file for automatic billing?
Answer:
To change the credit card information on file, first you will need to log in with your User ID and Password. In the subscriber area there is a link titled, “Edit Account Info.” Click that link and you will be take to a page where you can update all your personal and payment information. When you are finished, you must click the “Submit” button for the changes to take effect.
You may also call our offices and speak to a customer service representative about your credit card change, at (800) 545-9331 or (310) 915-7500 — our customer service help desk is available 24 hours. If you want to fax the changes to your credit card information, send your faxes to (310) 915-1655. When faxing, please include the subscriber name, card number, expiration date, billing address and your telephone number in case we need to contact you.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Answer:
If you wish to cancel a subscription, please call our offices at (800) 545-9331. If calling from outside the U.S., call us at (310) 915-7500. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
You may also send an email request. Type the words Cancel My Subscription in the subject field. Then, include any comment, notes, questions, or requests in the body of the email. Be sure to include your name, and the email on your account.
How do I take my email off your list?
Answer:
If you are a paying subscriber, we rarely send any type of “promotional” material. You may request to be taken off email delivery lists for subscription notifications. Please send us an email to make this request (info@gannglobal.com).
If you are not a paying subscriber, simply use the “Take me off this list” link at the bottom of any email.
When I open PDF files I get a blank page.
Answer:
Even if you currently have Acrobat Reader, you may need to update to the current version. You can download the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for free at Adobe.com.
If you do not know which version of Acrobat reader you currently have installed, you will want to check. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer from the programs menu. Click on the Help option at the top. Click on “About Acrobat Reader.” Look around at the top of the page and you should see the version your computer currently has installed.
If the version you have is not the current one, or if you don’t have Acrobat Reader installed, then you will want to click here to download Acrobat Reader Free.
Adobe will walk you through the process to complete the installation. If you have more questions about installing or using the Acrobat Reader program, you can read the free online FAQ on Adobe’s website or contact Adobe’s tech support.
After I sign up, when will I get access to my online services?
Answer:
After placing your order on our website, you will need to login with the User ID and Password you chose while signing up. Your subscription should be active immediately.
If you called in to order, your account will be active when you receive the confirmation emails.
If you placed your order by fax or email, it will take 1-2 business days to process. If you placed your order by mail, once we receive your order, it will take 1-2 business days to process.
How do I access my online services?
Answer:
On the Home Page, you will see a Subscribers Login link in the upper right corner. Enter your user name and password and click the “Go” Button.
Also, just about every page on GannGlobal.com has a login link on top of the page. When you click that link, you will be given a Login screen. Enter your user ID and password into the boxes, then click the “Go” button.
If you don’t know your User ID and password, click on the “Forgot My Password” link located under the login box.
What if I forgot my User ID and password?
Answer:
Go here: Forgot My Password. Enter the email associated with your account. We will send your password via email.
Do I have access to archived Newsletters, Updates and Reports?
Answer:
Once you have logged in, on the subscriber page you will see a display of your active subscriptions. We always post a series of recent publications for each service.
