Research Engine in Action

Financial Market Research EngineEach market (stock, financial or commodity) has its own unique set of characteristics based on two factors:

1. Fundamentals
2. The mix of market participants who trade in it.

No two markets trade alike. In fact, each one has a unique personality, and we refer to this as a market’s DNA.

The Research Engine begins by tracking every move in history. The longest to the shortest legs up and down, corrections and rallies, long and short-term bull and bear markets. These moves are all tracked and recorded.

The next step is to catalog the details of each move. This includes time periods (length of a move), velocity of moves, percentage moves, seasons they took place, premiums, cash price moves, the Master Time Factor, and a host of other dynamics.

Finally, each market’s current move is cross-referenced with this catalog of traits for every move in history in that respective market. Then we factor in any other related markets. The result: a summary indicating which specific markets from the past are most similar to our current situation.

If the DNA in our current move matches other moves that led to key historic turning points, we know the probabilities favor a similar turning point taking place.

By giving you an accurate picture of the unique personality for each market (the DNA), the Research EngineTM determines the most probable direction each market is headed.

The development of the Research Engine is opening new doors in financial research that nobody else has ever entered.
