VIDEO HELP GUIDE - INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEARING YOUR BROWSER'S CACHE

It is not uncommon for subscribers to experience difficulties playing back videos from time to time. The most common reason a video will not play correctly or stop playing at a certain point, is due to a simple-to-fix local issue on your computer. Your web browser is constantly saving files, pages, videos, cookies, and other information to help make your web experience faster and easier. Well, that can backfire. When there are too many saved (cached) files, your web experience can take a turn for the worse. Clearing your browser's cache will free up much needed space, and likely cure the video playback problem you are experiencing.

How do I clear my web browser's cache?

Each time you access a file through your web browser, the browser caches (stores) it. In this way, the files (including any images on the page) do not have to be retrieved anew from the remote web site each time you click the Back or Forward buttons. You should periodically clear the cache to allow your browser to function more efficiently.

If you do not see instructions for your specific version or browser, search your browser's Help menu for "clear cache".
