VIDEO HELP GUIDE - FLASHPLAYER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Videos posted on GannGlobal.com are in .flv format. This format plays using Adobe's Flashplayer. This free software is available for download at Adobe's website. Flashplayer is widely used for online video due to the universal, cross-platform compatibility. The following instructions will guide you in downloading and installing the latest version of Flashplayer.

1. Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from the following link and save it to your desktop: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ - if you have an old version of flashplayer, you should upgrade to the latest version.
2. Installation of Adobe Flash Player may require administrative access to your PC. It is recommended that you close all other open browser windows before continuing with the installation.
3. Click the download link to automatically download and install Adobe Flash Player into Microsoft Internet Explorer.
4. Depending on your security settings, you may see a Security Warning dialog box. Click Install to install the ActiveX control.
   

   

5. When the installation is complete, you will see the Adobe Flash Player logo and text.

Adobe FlashPlayer Manual Uninstall/Reinstall

3. Run the manual Uninstaller program to completely remove Flash from your machine.
   
   
4. Run the manual Installer program to reinstall the Flash Player to your machine. It will install the latest version to your machine.
   
   
5. Restart your web browser and try to watch the video.
